Delete Account and Data

From inside the app

Open Settings, scroll to Delete account and data, and confirm. This is immediate and cannot be undone.

What is erased

• Your device registration and its credential on our server.
• Your saved vehicles and their calibration.
• Any purchase record held on our server.
• The copies of all of the above stored on your device.

What is not erased

Purchases you already own remain with Apple or Google; we cannot delete a record held by a store. If you reinstall, Restore Purchases brings your entitlement back. Deleting your data does not refund a purchase; see Refunds.

If you no longer have the app

Write to support@merclight.app from any address and tell us the approximate date of your last use. We will locate and erase the registration, and will reply within 30 days.
