Purchases are processed by Apple and Google, and refunds are issued by them rather than by us.

Apple / App Store

Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, or via Settings on your device. Apple decides the outcome under its own policy.

Google Play

Request a refund from your Google Play order history. Google decides the outcome under its own policy.

If the app does not work on your car

Lighting control depends on the exact control units fitted to your vehicle, and not every car is supported. The app tells you before you buy whether it has identified your lights. If you bought and then found your vehicle is not supported, contact us at support@merclight.app and we will support your refund request to the store.

Statutory rights

Nothing here limits any right of withdrawal or refund you have by law.
